The Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919 allowed women to qualify as lawyers.  This blog reviews its impact over the last 100 years, highlights the achievements of some remarkable women and discusses what challenges still exist.  The blog argues for networks to support women through discrimination and what actions can be taken by employers to ensure that the momentum for change continues.
